Sgt. Benjamin Anthony,

Veteran & combat reservist in the Israel Defence Forces.

Specializing as a heavy machine gunner, Sgt. Anthony has participated in recent campaigns by the IDF to defend Israeli citizens in the face of new age terrorist activity. Additionally, Sgt. Anthony has served as a combat soldier along Israel’s northern borders and in the area of Judea and Samaria / the West Bank. Sgt. Anthony founded Our Soldiers Speak in 2007.

Ron Dermer,

Senior Advisor to Prime Minister Netanyahu

Ron Dermer is senior advisor to Netanyahu, Israel’s Prime Minister. Dermer worked as a political consultant for Natan Sharansky in the 1999 campaign, and from January 2001 for nearly three years he wrote a column “The Numbers Game” for the Jerusalem Post. In 2004, he and Sharansky co-wrote the best-selling book The Case For Democracy: The Power of Freedom to Overcome Tyranny and Terror, famously endorsed by then US-President George W. Bush.


In 2005, while Benjamin Netanyahu served as Finance Minister under Ariel Sharon, Dermer was appointed Minister for Economic Affairs to the Israeli embassy in Washington, a post for which he had to give up his American citizenship. In 2008, after his return to Israel, he became adviser to Netanyahu, whose successful election campaign replicated Barack Obama’s.


Currently Dermer is Netanyahu’s senior adviser. According to The Jerusalem Post, he “runs much of the interference with the White House, and is intimately involved in the diplomatic process with the Palestinians, [… and] writes many of Netanyahu’s speeches”. He is considered Netanyahu’s closest adviser and strategic consultant. Dermer is married to Rhoda Pagano Dermer. The couple has four children and live in Jerusalem.

Chana Levitan,

International educator, writer, author and coach.

is a renowned educator, author, lecturer, and relationship coach. Through her extensive professional experience over the past 22 years, including teaching at Neve Yerushalayim. She has counseled literally thousands of women and men. Chana resides in Jerusalem with her husband and children. Her driving passion is to give people the tools they need to trust themselves and their abilities to create a successful marriage…the first time around.

Thomas Steinberg,

President of Tisch Family Interests

Thomas Steinberg is President of Tisch Family Interests where he is responsible for a wide range of investment activities for the families of Laurence A. Tisch and Preston Robert Tisch. Prior to joining the Tisch Family, he served as a Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Company.
Tom has been a member of the Board of Directors of several public and private corporations, including Catellus Development Corporation, Gunther International, Cellegy Pharmaceuticals, Infonxx and ABLECO. He is also a member of the board of several non-profit organizations including the Metropolitan Coordinating Council on Jewish Poverty and the New Seed Foundation. Tom graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Yale University with a BA in Economics and subsequently earned an MBA from Stanford University.

Rabbi Edelstein

Rabbi Avraham Edelstein is the educational director of Neve Yerushalayim College for Women. He is a co-founder of the Ner LeElef Institute for Leadership Training and has been its co-director for the last 16 years. He is a Founder of Morasha Olami and was its CEO for eight years. He has since then served as Olami’s senior advisor. Rabbi Edelstein was previously the executive-director of the Heritage House.

Rabbi Edelstein acts as a consultant to many outreach organizations and is a key-note speaker at several conferences on outreach every year. He has written extensively on the interface of Judaism and the modern world.

Jackie Engel,

JLF Founder, psychologist, international speaker

Jackie had a private practice in Sydney Australia and worked as the resident “Psychologist” on the national “Today Show”, a TV breakfast current affairs program for 2 years. Her background includes working with youth off the streets, consulting to private and public hospitals and facilitating therapeutic groups. Jackie also consulted and did organizational work for the police, media personalities and other non profit organizations. She was a keynote speaker for 3 consecutive years for the National Young Leaders Foundation in Australia.


Jackie went to Israel in 2004 to assess and educate herself about her Jewish heritage, she stayed teaching and counseling for a few years and is now the Director of the Jewish Leaders Foundation, Director of Souled a Jewish womens empowerment program in Manhattan and a regular teacher for Meor Manhattan. Jackie hopes to share some of what she fell in love with in Israel –with her students.

Charlie Harary,

CEO of H3 Capital LLC, Clinical Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at the Syms School of Business in Yeshiva University.

Mr. Charlie Harary, Esq. is a prolific speaker who has traveled all over the country and abroad speaking ofr organizations, schools, universities, and institutions on a variety of topics and to audiences of various sizes and affiliations. He has created dozens of videos that have received worldwide attention reaching hundreds of thousands of people in over 15 countries.


Mr. Harary is the CEO of H3 Capital LLC, an advisory and investment firm based in New York.He is also a Senior Lecturer for the Orthodox Union, Aish Hatorah, and NCSY.


Prior to H3 Capital, Mr. Harary was the First Vice President of Residential Operations and Legal Counsel of RXR Realty, a multi-billion dollar Real Estate Company based in New York. Prior to RXR, Mr. Harary was an associate in Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Davis Polk & Wardwell. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School where he was awarded the James Kent Scholar and the Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar awards.


In addition, he is an active community leader. He is the founder and president of Milvado Inc., an organization that develops innovative methods to teach spirituality in relevant and modern ways. He is among the Executive Board of the OU as well as the Founding Chairman of its Young Leadership Cabinet. He is also a member of the Conference of Young Jewish Presidents.

Founder and Director of JCCAT: Jerusalem Center for Communication and Advocacy Training

David is the founder and director of JCCAT: Jerusalem Center for Communication and Advocacy Training. A former student leader in the UK, David has become one of the world’s top advocacy trainers. He works with students community activists and the staff of professional Israel advocacy organizations around the world. His clients have included major organizations such as the ADL and AIPAC, as well as grassroots groups. Based in Jerusalem, David Olesker travels often to North America and other countries.

Rabbi Akiva Tatz,

World renowned Rabbi, speaker, author and doctor.

Rabbi Dr Tatz is Senior Lecturer at the JLE was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. After practicing as a doctor in both South Africa and the U.S., he moved to Israel where he practiced both in hospital and general medicine in Jerusalem and engaged in a number of years Talmudic study and later teaching in Jewish thought and medical ethics in Jerusalem.


He is the Founder and Director of the Jerusalem Medical Ethics Forum and has written a number of books on the subject of Jewish Thought and Philosophy including Living Inspired and Worldmask. His work has been translated into Spanish, French and Portuguese.

Yehoshua Fass,

Co-Founder and Executive Director of Nefesh B'Nefesh

Rabbi Yehoshua Fass is Co-Founder of Nefesh B’Nefesh and has served as the organization’s Executive Director since 2002. After receiving his rabbinic ordination and degrees in biology and education from Yeshiva University, Rabbi Fass assumed the position of Associate Rabbi of the Boca Raton Synagogue of Florida and served as a member of the Beit Din of the Orthodox Rabbinical Council.


After an Israeli relative of Rabbi Fass’ was murdered in March 2001 by a terrorist bombing, he was compelled to embark on a personal mission, which in the following years made a significant impact on the State of Israel and the Jewish people. Together with Tony Gelbart, he founded Nefesh B’Nefesh, which revolutionized western Aliyah by removing the financial, professional and logistical obstacles that prevent many individuals from actualizing their dreams. The Organization has revamped the Aliyah process making the idea of moving to Israel a more realistic option for many.


Since its establishment in 2002, the organization has assisted over 30,000 Western Olim and has maintained a retention rate of 97%. Rabbi Fass lives in Beit Shemesh with his wife and seven children, including four native born Israelis.

Chief Rabbi Lau,

Former Chief Rabbi of Israel

Rabbi Israel Meir Lau is the 37th generation of practicing rabbis. Born in Poland in 1937, Rabbi Lau spent the horror years of the Holocaust in the ghetto of Piotrokov, the labor camp of Czenstochov, and in the Buchenwald concentration camp. At the age of eight, he was liberated together with his older brother, Naftali (Lavie-Lau) after losing both parents.


After many years of intensive study, he received his certification by the Chief Rabbis of Israel, and as a captivating teacher and orator, he became nationally known at many diverse schools, synagogues, army camps, university campuses, settlements, and in the mass media in Israel.


In 1988 he was elected Chief Rabbi of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, and in 1993 he unanimously won the election for Chief Rabbi of Israel. In a well-known interview broadcast on Israeli television, Rabbi Lau’s famous words have been repeated again and again during the intifada, “Let’s sit down together, and let’s live together. We always knew how to die together. The time has come for us to know also how to live together.”

Mark Regev,

Spokesperson to Netanyahu, Israel’s Prime Minister

Mark Regev formerly Mark Freiberg, is an Australian-born Israeli diplomat and media spokesman for the Prime Minister of IsraelRegev joined the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1990, serving at Israeli embassies in Beijing, China and Washington, D.C., as Deputy Chief of Mission at the Consulate General in Hong Kong, and as a lecturer on International Relations and Strategy at the Israel Defense Forces Staff College. Prior to the appointment to his current position he was a spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem.


Regev received prominence in international media when he presented the Israeli position in numerous interviews to English-language TV and radio channels during the 2008-2009 Gaza war, and on U.S. President Barack Obama’s proposals for Israel-Palestinian negotiations put forth on May 19, 2011.


He is currently the spokesman for the Prime Minister of Israel and an advisor on foreign press and public affairs, a position he has held since his appointment by the former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert in 2007.
